Job Qualifications:
• Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management
Accounting,
• Internal Audit or related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in internal auditing and lead auditor
or supervisory position.
• Experience in Insurance or HMO industry is an advantage.
Job Description:
• Assist in developing and implementing the annual audit plan.
• Assist in developing the risk-based audit universe.
• Define clear audit objectives and establish a tailored audit programs and procedures for
each audit engagements.
• Execute the audit engagements and conduct the audit in accordance with Global
Internal Audit Standards (IPPF 2024).
• Prepare audit working papers and provide thorough documentation of audit findings
and recommendations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures aligning it with the
industry best practices and regulatory guidelines. Conduct risk assessment and ensure
that adequate controls are in place.
• Review compliance with operational procedures ensuring alignment with legal,
regulatory, company policies and industry best practice/standards.
• Prepare audit report and provide valuable and effective recommendations.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management. Obtain and monitor
status of agreed action plans.
• Conduct fieldwork and perform branch audit.
• Perform administrative duties delegated by the Department Head.

• Administrates & monitors the sales force platform for franchised accounts for costing
• Processes, computes, and analyses initial and revised quotation requests from sales for
new business and existing renewing accounts.
• Reviews, evaluates, and uploads to ERP the Summary of Benefits and Master Application
Forms of new business and renewed accounts
• Reviews, underwrites, and uploads to ERP the endorsed masterlist of members for
enrollment for both new business & renewed accounts
